Steve Rhodes, CEO
Steve Rhodes began his career with the Chicago branch of Bank Leumi le-Israel in 1979. He advanced through a number of financial marketing and lending positions including director of marketing, and continued with Leumi when he and his family moved to Israel in 1985. At Bank Leumi in Israel, Steve rose to the position of deputy manager of the Bank's International Division.
In 1988 Steve joined SRD Medical as the company's CFO. He held several positions in SRD's marketing department, becoming vice president of sales and marketing. He left the company in 1993, forming The Trendlines Group with D. Todd Dollinger. The Trendlines Group is one of Israel's leading business development and marketing consulting companies. Its clients include some of Israel's largest public companies as well as small, private businesses.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois. Before becoming the CEO of Misgav Venture Accelerator in 2004, Steve served as a director for close to eight years and also served on the board's executive committee.
Lior Yankelson, VP Business Development
Lior Yankelson is the co-founder of Genegrafts, a start-up developing a cell therapy product for atrial fibrillation. He was the co-founder and director of the TechIA Forum and BizTEC Entrepreneurship Forum and Innovation Competition at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, where he was also a senior member of the water polo team. He is completing his M.D. and Ph.D. at the Technion.
Yonat Granot, Chief Operating Officer
Yonat Granot brings more than 10 years of management experience to Misgav. Most recently she was operations manager for a sensor and motion control company. Previously, she was operations and marketing manager for Arad Technologies and Mind CTI. Prior to that, while at Tambour, one of Israel's largest paint manufacturers, Yonat served as the assistant to the VP of R&D and managed the engineering production of the company's industrial division.
She earned her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in industrial engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
