Eran Feldhay, M.D., CEO
Eran began his career as product manager at cardiology IT solutions provider Medcon when the company was still a start-up. During his tenure as product manager at Medcon, which started as a cardiology imaging company, Medcon expanded to include full cardiology IT solutions as well as cardiac cath-lab monitoring solutions. In 2004, Eran was appointed VP of marketing and product management. He served as a senior member of the due diligence team when Medcon was acquired by McKesson, a Fortune 20 company. Since 2008, Eran has served as director of publicly traded TopSpin Medical. He earned his B.Sc. and M.D. from Tel Aviv University and holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

D. Todd Dollinger, Chairman and CEO, The Trendlines Group; Chairman, Misgav Venture Accelerator Todd has more than 30 years of business development and management experience. In the 1970's he formed a Kansas City-based company providing sales, marketing, consulting, and product development services for the American market. After serving as CEO of SRD Medical in Israel in the early '90s, Todd, with Steve Rhodes, established The Trendlines Group which today is Israel's leading seed-stage investment and business development organization.

Steve Rhodes, Chairman and CEO, The Trendlines Group; Chairman, Mofet B'Yehuda Innovation Accelerator Steve began his business career at the Chicago branch of Bank Leumi, advancing through a number of financial marketing and lending positions before rising to deputy manager of the Bank's International Division in Israel. From 1989 through 1993 Steve served as VP of sales and marketing for Israeli medical device company SRD Medical. During this time, he raised millions of dollars and negotiated contracts with major international customers. Steve served as CEO of Misgav Venture Accelerator from 2004 through 2010, supporting the raise of over $80 million in capital.

Yonat Granot, Chief Operating Officer
Yonat Granot brings almost twenty years of management experience to the Misgav Venture Accelerator. Prior to joining Misgav, she was operations manager for ACS Motion Control, a sensor and motion control company. Previously, she was operations and marketing manager for Arad Technologies. At Tambour, Yonat served as the assistant to the VP of R&D and managed the engineering production department. She served as CEO of Genova, an incubator company in the renewable energy sector. Since 2009 she has served as the COO of ETView, a public company in the Trendlines portfolio. Yonat holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa.

Omer Schalit Cohen, VP Business Development Omer Schalit Cohen has solid management experience in business development, marketing, product, and project management. He served in various managerial positions in McKesson Imaging Group, including Senior Product Manager and Strategic Growth Manager. Prior to McKesson, Omer worked at ODF Medical and Sibam Ltd.; in the Israeli Air Force he managed several multidisciplinary technological projects. He holds a B.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University.

Gabi Heller, CFO, The Trendlines Group
Gabi has extensive financial experience as an accountant, CFO, and as a director of public companies. She served as CFO of Walden Israel Ventures' funds for 15 years. Prior to Walden, Gabi was a manager with Ernst & Young. She currently serves on the boards of directors of publicly-traded Camtek, Kerur Holdings, and Elco Holdings. She is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. degree from the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law.
